- Delivery via a shipping company : Includes all cities, with additional fees applied depending on the city and weight.
- Delivery and installation by the Helsy team (within Riyadh, Jeddah, Mecca and the Eastern Province ) : We will contact you within 1-2 days to set a suitable appointment.
Some products may be limited to a specific delivery method depending on their type or customer location.
Cash on delivery ( Riyadh, Jeddah, Mecca and the Eastern Province)
- Available only in Riyadh , Jeddah, Mecca and the Eastern Province through our delivery team.
- A valid mobile number must be provided for coordination.
- The full amount is due in cash upon receipt.
- If the amount is not available at the time of delivery, additional reshipping fees may apply.
