- Available in Riyadh, Jeddah, Mecca and the Eastern Province .
- Payment is made after the device is installed or after receiving the order directly from a Helsy representative.
- A valid mobile number and prior coordination with the representative are required.
2. Direct bank transfer
- You can transfer the amount to one of the store's bank accounts.
- The order will be confirmed after sending the transfer receipt and during official business hours.
3. Electronic payment
Available to all customers within the Kingdom using:
- Mada cards
- Visa and MasterCard cards
- Apple Pay
Payment is made through a secure and approved electronic gateway.
4. Payment in installments via Tabby or Tamara (interest-free)
- Available for orders starting from 99 riyals up to 2500 riyals .
- The amount is divided into 4 equal monthly installments without any interest or additional fees.
- No credit card needed, just a mobile number and a Mada or Visa card.
- The first payment is deducted upon order completion, and the remaining payments are deducted automatically each month.
- You can track your installments and payment schedule through the Tabby or Tamara app.
