Shipping, Delivery and Installation Policy – Helsy Store

At Helsy Store, we are committed to providing a convenient and secure shopping experience for our customers through shipping, delivery and installation services according to the highest quality standards, with coverage of all regions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.


First: Preparing the orders

  • Orders are prepared and processed within 1 to 2 working days from the date of order confirmation.
  • Official working days are from Saturday to Thursday , from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM .
  • Orders received outside of working hours or during public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Second: Delivery time

  • The delivery process usually takes 2 to 5 business days after the order is processed.
  • Delivery time may vary depending on the city, region, or the shipping company's operating conditions.
  • No deliveries on Fridays or public holidays.
  • Helsy Store is not responsible for any delays beyond its control, including delays caused by shipping companies, weather conditions, or any other operational circumstances.

Third: Delivery areas

Helsy Store provides delivery service to all cities and regions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.


Fourth: Free shipping

  • Helsy Store offers free shipping to all cities and regions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • No additional shipping charges are applied to orders covered by the free shipping service.
  • Helsy Store reserves the right to modify its free shipping offers or terms in the future by updating the policy on the website.

Fifth: Installation service

Helsy Store offers free installation of eligible products within:

  • Riyadh
  • grandmother
  • Mecca
  • AL Madinah AL Munawwarah
  • Eastern Province

This includes delivery and installation at no additional charge for products covered by the service.

After order confirmation, the customer service or installation team will contact you within 1 to 2 business days to schedule a convenient installation appointment.


Sixth: Cash on delivery

Helsy Store offers cash on delivery for eligible orders within the following cities:

  • Riyadh
  • grandmother
  • Mecca
  • AL Madinah AL Munawwarah
  • Eastern Province

The full order amount is collected upon receipt or after completion of installation for products covered by the installation service.

The following conditions apply to using the service:

  • Provide a valid and available mobile number for communication.
  • Confirm the delivery or installation date in advance.
  • The full order value is provided upon receipt.
  • Being present at the delivery or installation site at the scheduled time.

Helsy Store reserves the right to cancel orders or suspend the cash on delivery service for certain orders or regions in accordance with the store's operational policies.


Seventh: Tracking Orders

After the order is shipped, the customer will be provided with:

  • Shipment tracking number.
  • Shipping company information.
  • Shipment status updates via text message or email when available.

The shipment can also be tracked directly through the shipping company or by contacting customer service.


Eighth: Products damaged or lost during shipping

Helsy Store takes care to inspect and carefully package all products before handing them over to the shipping company to ensure they leave in good condition and conform to the order.

Once the shipping company receives the shipment, responsibility for transportation and delivery transfers to them. If the product is damaged or lost during transit or delivery, the shipping company is responsible according to its established policies and procedures.

The customer is requested to inspect the shipment upon receipt. If there is visible damage or a shortage of contents, the shipping company must be notified immediately, and Helsy Store must be informed within 48 hours of the date of receipt, with clear photos showing the problem attached.

Helsy Store will work with the customer and follow up on the claim with the shipping company to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

The customer's receipt of the shipment without registering any comments with the shipping company is considered an acknowledgment of the integrity of the shipment's outer packaging at the time of receipt.


Ninth: Products that are unavailable (out of stock)

If the product is unavailable after the order has been completed for any reason beyond the store's control, the customer will be contacted to choose one of the following options:

  • The product will be shipped as soon as it becomes available at no extra charge.
  • Replacing the product with another product of the same value or with similar specifications after customer approval.
  • A full refund of the amount paid using the same payment method used when making the purchase.

Helsy Store reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the full amount if the product cannot be provided or a suitable alternative cannot be found after contacting the customer.


Tenth: Cancel the order or refuse delivery

If the order is refused after it has been shipped without any error in the product or order, Helsy Store has the right to deduct the actual shipping and return costs incurred by the store as a result of the shipping and return process before refunding the amount, if any.


Eleventh: The customer is responsible for delivery information.

The customer is obligated to provide accurate and complete shipping information, including:

  • full name.
  • The correct mobile number.
  • National address or detailed delivery address.

Helsy Store is not responsible for any delay or failure in delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete data, and reshipping fees may be applied if the order is resent.


Twelfth: Customer responsibility during installation

To ensure the installation process is completed correctly and safely, the customer agrees to the following:

  • Provide a suitable and safe location for installation.
  • Make sure the site is ready before the installation team arrives.
  • Provide a reliable water supply and a working electricity supply when needed.
  • Ensuring the installation team can reach the site on time.
  • Remove any obstacles that may prevent the installation process from being carried out.

The installation appointment may be rescheduled if the site is not ready or if the customer does not attend at the agreed time.

Helsy Store does not bear any responsibility for delays caused by the unreadiness of the site or the inability of the installation team to carry out the work due to circumstances specific to the customer's site.
