Maintain your water filter's performance with the Helsy 24-month periodic maintenance package. The package includes filter replacement and installation, system inspection, and we'll coordinate maintenance appointments with you to ensure each visit is properly scheduled.

What does the package include?
- 4 periodic maintenance visits.

Two-year maintenance schedule
First visit | After 6 months
Replace 3 filters: stages 1, 2 and 3.
Second visit | After 12 months
Replacing 6 filters: stages 1, 2, 3, 5, 6 and 7, without RO membrane.
Third visit | After 18 months
Replace 3 filters: stages 1, 2 and 3.
Fourth visit | After 24 months
Replacing the seven stages, including the RO membrane.
Package total: 4 visits | 19 filters | 24 months.
Water treatment stages included in the package
First stage — cotton filter
It filters sand, rust, and sediment down to a micron size of 5 microns, to protect the subsequent stages.
Stage 2 — Activated Carbon Filter
It reduces chlorine and unwanted taste and odor in water.
Stage 3 — Solid Carbon Filter
It filters out fine impurities with an accuracy of 1 micron before the water reaches the membrane.
Stage 4 — Reverse Osmosis (RO) Membrane
It reduces dissolved salts and some heavy metals.
Fifth stage — Final carbon filter (post-carbon)
It improves the taste and smell of the water after it leaves the tank.
Stage 6 — Alkaline filter
It helps to adjust the alkalinity of the water.
Stage 7 — Metal Filter
It adds minerals such as calcium and magnesium to the water.
What does the technician do on each visit?
- Filter replacement and installation according to the package schedule.
- Check the device's performance and water flow.
- Measure TDS salts before and after maintenance when needed.
- Check the tank and adjust the air pressure when necessary.
- Clean the filter cups according to the condition of the device.
- Check the connections and hoses and make sure there are no leaks.
- Operating and testing the device after maintenance.

- The package is designed for home desalination devices compatible with the included filters.
- Repairs and additional spare parts are priced after inspection and carried out after your approval.
- Visit appointments are coordinated in advance with the service team.
