What is the salinity of the water after installing the device?
The desalination device reduces the TDS to between 50 and 120 , making the water suitable for drinking and cooking.
Salts include: sodium, potassium, calcium, magnesium, chloride, sulfate, and nitrate.
Is a home water desalination plant safe and healthy?
Yes, all of our systems are safe and use reverse osmosis (RO) technology. They remove sediment, chlorine, and unwanted taste and odor without the use of any chemicals. All filtration stages are made from natural and safe materials.
Can the device be connected to a refrigerator?
Yes, of course.
We provide a refrigerated bottle , which is professionally connected to the device using concealed connections. The bottle is self-filling from the desalination system.
The device is leaking water, what should I do?
Follow these steps immediately:
- Disconnect the device from the power.
- Close the feed valve (water supply).
- Close the tank valve (top one next to the filter).
- Call us immediately on 0508830308 to request emergency maintenance within 24 hours.
Does the device emit a bad taste or smell?
Define the problem:
- If the taste is not good : Close the salt valve next to the fourth stage (clockwise).
- If the smell is bad : Empty the tank 2 to 5 times.

The device does not produce water or the water pressure is weak?
- If a large amount of water is used, please wait 15-25 minutes to refill.
- Make sure:
- Electricity supply.
- Open the feed valve.
- Open the tank valve.

Does the device consume a lot of water or electricity?
- Electricity: Very low consumption (only 25 volts). The device only operates when needed thanks to sensors.
- Water:
- Water consumption increases when there are high impurities, salts, or excessive use.
- The drainage ranges from 70% to 150% of the water is unsuitable.
