Warranty period:

  • All electrical appliances are covered by a two-year warranty from the date of invoice issuance.
  • Our desalination units include a two-year warranty on all electrical parts.

Desalination device terms and warranty:

To ensure continued warranty coverage, the following must be adhered to:

  • Change filters according to the following maintenance schedule:
  • Stage 1: Every 6 months
  • Stage 2: Every year
  • Stage 3: Every two years
  • Do not perform any modification or maintenance on the device through a third party.
  • Do not expose the device to direct sunlight or weather conditions.
  • In case of violation of any of the above conditions, the warranty will be immediately voided.

General Warranty Policy:

  • The warranty covers product repair only, and replacement will be provided if repair is not possible.
  • The warranty only covers defects resulting from manufacturing.
  • The original purchase invoice valid for the warranty period is required.
  • The warranty does not cover consumables that are replaced periodically (such as filters).
  • Tampering with the device, disassembling it, or using non-original parts voids the warranty.
  • The device must be installed and operated in accordance with the instructions in the user manual.
  • If any malfunction or leakage occurs, stop using the device and contact customer service immediately.
  • The warranty does not cover damages resulting from delayed repair.
  • The device should be installed indoors away from direct sunlight.
  • Using electricity from generators may cause damage to electrical parts and is not covered by warranty.
  • Pumps are intended for clean water use only. Use with water with high salt or sulfur content may cause damage and is not covered by warranty.
  • Desalination units are designed to operate with public water supply that does not exceed 1050 TDS.
  • Using well water or highly salty water will damage the unit parts and is not covered by the warranty.
  • If water consumption increases, the primary filters should be replaced regularly.
  • Failure to replace filters regularly will void the warranty.
  • Closing the drain line will cause serious damage to the device that is not covered by the warranty.
